Product Manager

Dropbox is the easiest way to share files across computers and between people. Millions of people use the service to sync, share and secure their files and media across all of their PCs, phones and devices. By keeping their files on their desktops and in the cloud, Dropbox users have their most important information available wherever they are, and shared across their families, friends and teams.

Dropbox is looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join the company as a core member of the product team.  Working closely with the company's founders and key engineers, this Product Manager will manage the definition and delivery of key elements of the product, including as folder sharing, social network integration and mobile applications.  The person in this role will have a unique opportunity to shape key Dropbox functionality used by millions of people every day.

Responsibilities and requirements include -

* Proven ability to synthesize complex requirements into concise and compelling product experiences

* Excellent communication skills, including representing technical concepts to non-technical audiences

* Technical background, with CS degree preferred

* Track record of shipping high quality products on time

* Ability to drive key product processes, including requirements documentation and roadmap

* Experience developing creative and original product solutions

* Background in consumer web, collaboration or social media products

* Ability to work effectively in cross functionality teams with engineering, UX and marketing participants

* Passion for creating the next generation of Internet services

This is a full time position located at Dropbox's HQ in downtown San Francisco.
